Every plan includes a monthly usage credit that is consumed by AI model calls and tool usage — tasks like summarising documents, drafting replies, running automations, and transcribing voice notes all deduct from your credit at Kairo's published rates. Unused credit does not roll over to the next month. On Plus and Pro, your entire subscription fee is your credit — every dollar you pay is a dollar of usage.
On Free, Kairo pauses AI responses until your credit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. On Plus and Pro you can purchase an overage pack ($5 adds $5 of usage credit) to keep going without interruption.
Plus ($25/mo) gives you $25 of monthly usage credit, 1 GB storage, and access to automations and MCP servers. It is the most popular plan for individuals and small projects. Pro ($99/mo) steps up to $99 of monthly usage credit, 5 GB storage, and larger memory and knowledge base capacities. Pro will also unlock External agents, Custom skills, and Memory connectors when those features ship.
An overage pack is a one-time top-up of $5 that adds $5 of usage credit to your account immediately. You can purchase multiple packs and they stack. Overage credit is consumed before your plan's monthly allowance resets.
Team is not a separate plan.It's Plus or Pro on a workspace — N seats at $25/seat (Plus) or $99/seat (Pro), with full plan features and shared workspace primitives (admin console, shared automations, shared knowledge base and memory). If you and a colleague both use Kairo independently and never need shared context, two separate personal accounts work fine. Team adds value when you want unified billing and shared memory across the group.
Your personal subscription is cancelled and your account is migrated into the Team workspace. Your personal automations, memory, and integrations carry over. Billing switches to the Team invoice from that point forward. The Team admin manages seats and can remove members at any time.
Yes. Plus, Pro, and Team plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds, no lock-in.
